growing is forever (day 63)

There really are no words to truly describe this, except breathtaking and must see....

"I have a deep affection for the Redwood forests of Northern California. This is my best attempt to capture the reverence I feel when in the presence of these giants." --Jesse Rosten

Jesse, who shot and edited the video, and Kallie Markle, who wrote the voice-over text and read it, created this very nice short film, a sort of audio-visual poem to pay homage to the Redwood Forests of Northern California. It looks great and if you're stressed, it provides a nice 'zen moment'.

  4. I used to live 20 minutes from the Redwood National Forest. It is one of the most magical places in the entire world. Thanks for sharing!

  5. I've never been there and I lived in California for about 9 months! Southern CA, not Northern, so I guess that's my excuse. I missed out! This video is really beautiful, I love all trees, and am in awe of giant trees. They put out a very noticeable energy. I love that hair, too! I like how the colors blend and the tousled look with the braid is bohemian, very Eureka.

  6. Oh my. I am so glad I took a couple of minutes and watched that video, it was stunningly beautiful. Not only were the trees and photos amazing, but her voice suited it most perfectly. What a lovely little treat for the Spirit. :)

  7. Goosebumps...when are we going?
