Another cool thing to do is to hold your hands in front of you about 18" apart, palms facing each other, slowly bring your hands closer, attention focused on what your feeling in your hands and between your hands, feel the energy becoming more dense and tingly, at about 5" apart, make an energy ball that you can feel with your hands.
